By accessing or using NewSolScan, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.

NewSolScan provides cryptocurrency token analysis tools for the Solana blockchain, including:

Token security analysis and scoring
Liquidity and holder distribution analysis
Paper trading simulation (virtual, non-real-money trading)

The Service is for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

Free Trial: 7-day free trial for new users
Subscription: $50 USD per month after trial
Cancellation: Cancel anytime, effective at billing period end

Reverse engineer or resell the Service
Manipulate markets or engage in fraud

7. Paper Trading

Paper trading uses simulated funds. Results do not reflect actual trading. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

10. Limitation of Liability

NEWSOLSCAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, TRADING LOSSES, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months or $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify NewSolScan from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration.
